D-3200
  • The D-3200 is a liquid fuel cell that operates as a battery charger for a wide variety of stationary applications. The D-3200 allows existing batteries to extend their length of ser vice during power outages at a lower cost than with other options. Refueling infrastructure takes little space.

It is inexpensive and safe to use because the fuel is methanol, a common industrial liquid, which reduces CO2 emissions.

epending on customer power requirements, the D-3200 can be configured with one or two 2000Watt net power modules, and multiple units can be installed for applications with even higher power requirements.

The Benefits of Our Fuel Cell System
Intelligent Device
The entire range of fuel cells are 'intelligent devices,' i.e., they can do the following:
  • Ascertain the type and rating of the battery to be charged.
  • Switch to 'STAND BY' mode when the battery is fully charged.
  • Vary the output voltage and current as per requirement.
Durability
The fuel cells were continuously used 24x7 and were able to perform without fluctuations. However, it may not be possible for a DG set to work for such long durations.
Light Weight & Compact
DMFC fuel cells are lightweight and compact. Therefore, they can be carried by a single person or more, are interoperable, and can easily be integrated into existing systems.
Hot Swap
The fuel cells have a 'Hot Swap' feature, i.e., the fuel cartridge can be replaced without the equipment having to be switched 'OFF.'
Safety
Environmentally friendly, they contain no hazardous components and produce lower greenhouse gas emissions than fossil-fuel-based electricity production.
Remote Monitoring
Informs the user when a fuel cartridge needs replacement. This enables a covert power supply and reduces logistics and maintenance costs while ensuring reliable operation.
Quiet & Emission-Free
Generate hardly any detectable thermal or electronic signatures and produce no harmful emissions. No SOX, NOx, or particulate emissions. They only emit CO2 and H2O in small quantities.
Portability
The fuel cells are lightweight and easy to carry from one place to another by one or two people, compared to generator sets.
Economical
The cost of methanol is 1/5 to 1/4 of gasoline or diesel.
